• You must be 13+ to play on our server. Practice kindness always. Swearing is allowed but it should not be directed at other players. No slurs or discriminatory language. 
•  Everything must be safe-for-work. No NSFW skins, usernames, builds or content of any kind. 
•  No griefing or stealing regardless of if the land is claimed. You will be temporarily or even permanently banned.
• Staff will not reimburse items lost to glitches or unintended Minecraft mechanics
• Non consensual PVP is not allowed. It’s up to you to maintain your PVP status.
• Respect the mods. Even if the outcome or situation doesn’t end the way you want it to. We will not tolerate staff disrespect or aggression towards staff at all. 
•  No ban or punishment evading.
• A ban on the SMP may result in the ban on our Discord server and vice versa so make sure you are following both sets of rules
• There should be no external Discord servers relating to Fairytales that are used to bad mouth staff or other members of the community. No exceptions. Positivity only.
• No family roleplay or harmful/negative roleplay.
• Do not use alt accounts for double rewards or gameplay advantages

In-Game Content Rules

1. No Spamming – Please keep the chat clean and easy to follow.
2. Be Kind – Whether in chat, whispers, signs, or books, maintain a positive attitude. Avoid negativity or arguing.
3. Respect Build Space – Leave about 50 blocks of distance between your builds/claims and others' structures to give everyone room to expand.
4. Maintain the Server's Aesthetic – Clean up old builds and claims to ensure space for new players. Don’t leave behind random blocks, pillars, or messy builds.
5. No Blocking – Our SMP is a public server, and players can explore freely. If you want to restrict access to your area, claim your land or build a wall.

Hacks, Exploits, Mods, and Unfair Advantage Rules

1. No Hacked or Cracked Clients – Only use legitimate Minecraft clients to ensure fair play.
2. No Advantageous Mods – Mods that give you an unfair advantage in a vanilla setting are prohibited. If you're unsure whether a mod is allowed, please ask staff first.
3. No Exploits or Hacks – Using any form of exploit, hack, or creating lag machines will result in an immediate ban without warning. This includes but isn’t limited to:
   • Fly hacks
   • X-ray
   • Duplication glitches
   • Unauthorized auto-clicking, etc.
4. Auto Clickers – These are allowed only for farms, not in PvP or for combat-related activities.
